We offer next business day shipping, in most cases when an order is placed by 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Refer to your order confirmation for more details.
The delivery speed depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout after the shipment has left our warehouse.
You may return a product purchased online or over the phone within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund in the form of original payment by requesting a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#).
Instruments must be unused and in their original package.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via insured parcel post. Return shipping fees are not reimbursable.
Product Quality Guarantee, Limited Lifetime Warranty
All Nifty Medical supplies Instruments are made with Medical Grade stainless steel.
Except for products with their own warranties, Nifty Medical Supplies (NMS) instruments have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, and NMS will, at its option, repair or replace any product that fails as a result of any such defect. NMS guarantees against breakage, joint failure, and corrosion under normal use. Instruments that show expected wear under ordinary use are not considered to be defective. Instrument "lifetime" means the ordinary expected life, which varies by type of instrument. Modifying or retipping an instrument or failure to provide proper instrument care, including proper cleaning and maintenance, may void this warranty. Sharpening and repairing minor tip damage are considered routine maintenance with normal use, and are not covered by warranty.
I have been cutting silhouettes for 30 years and have always been supplied Scissors by my company that I work for. I should be leaving them in the next two years as I retire. The scissors are what I have been using but they were supplied by a competitor of yours. In the United States you cannot buy these without a prescription which is stupid.
