You may return a product purchased online or over the phone within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund in the form of original payment (less shipping charges).

Instruments must be unused and in their original packing.

 To insure proper credit, you must include

1. Client or Clinic Name
2. Invoice Number
3. Reason for the return

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via insured parcel post. We're sorry; return shipping fees are not reimbursable.
