We offer next business day shipping. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Refer to your order confirmation for more details.
Shipping is free on orders over $100 excluding taxes and coupons. This only applies to orders shipped within United States. Check shipping rates during checkout for all other countries. The order is shipped pending credit approval and product availability.
You should receive your order between 3 to 6 business days. In the event of a holiday, shipping may be delayed. If you are in an area that is observing a holiday and are unsure of your shipping date, please contact us.

Nifty Medical Supplies is able to ship to most countries. Delivery times and charges will vary depending on the country and size of the order. You will be charged a shipping fee during checkout. All prices are in US dollars.

You may return a product purchased online or over the phone within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment (less shipping charges).
Instruments must be unused and in their original package.
Please indicate the invoice number and return reason when sending your return.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via insured parcel post. Return shipping fees are not reimbursable.
